THE METRO TIMES AND EASTERN PALACE CLUB PRESENT THIS FIRST-EVER ULTIMATE SUMMER FESTIVAL: SANDBAR SUMMERFEST!

For two days, John R Road in Hazel Park will be transformed into a funtastic Summer Festival, featuring a fun tropical sand beach vibe, festival stage, family fun activities, fun food vendors, beach cocktails, great beers, local artists, and more!

All the fun takes place in South Downtown Hazel Park, between 8 and 9 Mile Roads.

Saturday, June 24th (11am–10pm)
Sunday, June 25th (11am–6pm)

VENDING INFORMATION:

• Each vendor is responsible for having their own: standard 10’x10’ pop-up tent, tables, chairs, battery-operated lighting, and adequate weights to properly secure your tent (canopy manufacturer recommends at least 20 pounds on each corner of a 10×10 tent).

• No electricity will be available. (Sun will be up till past 10pm).

• No food vendors will be allowed through this application. All food vendors must apply directly through METRO TIMES.

• Overnight security will be provided, so there is no need to do a full breakdown on Saturday evening.

• We kindly request all vendors to be open through the listed hours on both days of the event.

• Standard artist spaces start at only $75.
